Guillermo has over 25 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry, focusing on machined and support processes with expertise in automotive, medical, and government projects. His career began as a maintenance technician and progressed to an engineering manager position at Machining and Contract Manufacturing and at Regal Beloit. He has a background as a professional electromechanical technician and studied Electromechanical Engineering at ITCJ Cd Juarez.
Since 2013, Guillermo has developed various projects for Axis, including orifice plates and fittings. He appreciates the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that allows him to develop professionally, apply his experience, and look for continuous improvement. The company values professional growth, encourages collaboration, and prioritizes customer satisfaction, making it a great environment for both personal and professional development.
In his downtime, Guillermo enjoys activities that help him unwind and recharge. This includes spending time with family and friends, learning and studying anything that helps improve his personal and professional life, and doing industrial design using SolidWorks and Cut software.
